A 2006 graduate of the STFX Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, Natasha was inspired to take a multidisciplinary approach to wellness as a student and firmly believes that education is an essential part of any treatment plan.

Natasha Walsh has since been certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (University of Calgary), and in 2010 enrolled at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Cambridge, Ontario).

She has found a deeply rewarding career as a Massage Therapist, drawing on her complementary knowledge and training in therapeutic exercise prescription, as well as therapeutic modalities like Guasha, Cupping and CranioSacral Therapy. 

Natasha works with each client to create the best treatment plan for their specific needs and commonly treats a wide range of presenting conditions such as: Frozen shoulder and other chronic or acute shoulder injuries and issues. Pre and post natal clients. Chronic and acute back, hip and leg and foot pain. Chronic and acute neck tension and injury, as well as chronic headaches and jaw tension, just to mention a few.
